Fairfield County Site Director Danielle Blaine Honored as Champion of Youth

For the 10th year, the Yerwood Boys & Girls Club is honoring “Champions of Youth” in the community. Danielle Blaine, Site Director for Food Rescue US – Fairfield County, was selected as one of four recipients of the award in recognition of her and her team’s hard work throughout the pandemic.

Together, Danielle, Site Coordinator Haley Schulman, Volunteer Coordinator Laney Lloyd, and their INCREDIBLE group of volunteer food rescuers have made a significant impact on those experiencing food insecurity and keeping food out of landfills.
